| 摘 要： | 观察了大鼠脑缺血 4 5 m in再灌注 3 d后血清及脑组织 MDA含量和 SOD活力的变化及补阳还五汤的作用。结果显示 ,脑缺血再灌注后大鼠血清及脑组织 MDA含量显著升高 ,脑组织 SOD活力显著降低 ,而补阳还五汤能有效地防止这些变化。提示补阳还五汤可通过抗氧化而发挥抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用

| Abstract: | The changes of the levels of MDA and SOD in serum and brain tissue after cerebral ischemia for 45 minutes followed reperfusion 3 days in rats and the protective function of buyang huanwu decoction were observed.The results showed that after cerebral ischemia reperfusion,the level of MDA in serum and brain tissue was significantly increased and the activity of SOD was significantly decreased;buyang huanwu decoction could effectively prevent these changes.They indicated that buyang huanwu decoction might play the role of antagonizing cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by raising antioxidation of the brain tissue. |
