| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺二维钩丝定位的方法及其对外科手术的指导作用。方法:通过常规乳腺钼靶头尾位(CC)和侧斜位(MLO),发现59例临床不能扪及的乳腺微小病变。手术前,对病变进行X线二维钩丝定位;手术后,切取标本(连定位钩丝)再行钼靶检查,核实病灶是否已被完整切除,然后行病理学检查。结果:59例中57例定位满意,2例定位偏离,定位满意率96.6%。其中恶性病变16例,良性病变43例。结论:乳腺术前钩丝定位是一种简单而有效的方法,并可指导外科医生准确切取病变。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the way and the leading action in surgery of hook wire localization.Methods:59 nonpalpable lesions were found by mammography CC and MLO.Before surgery,the breast hook wire localization was done;after surgery,the samples(with wire)was examined by mammography to prove that the lesion was fully excised,then pathology was done.Results:57 of 59(96.6%)cases were well done,with 2 deperated.Pathologic findings revealed that 16 were malignant and 43 were benign.Conclusion:The hook wire localization is an easy useful method,and the lesions can be accurately excised by hook wire localization. |
