血气胸191例诊治分析

１９８０年１月至１９９４年６月收治创伤性血气胸１９１例，死亡１２例，死亡率为６．３％。提示：①对损伤性湿肺，要动态复查Ｘ线胸片，排除延迟性血气胸，以免贻误诊治。②剖胸手术指征明确，果断手术是提高抢救成功率的关键。③胸部以外严重合并伤手术治疗应注意：避免遗漏血气胸诊治；有明显血气胸，麻醉前要先行胸腔闭式引流；胸腹联合伤手术要严胸宽腹。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Traumatic Hematopnuemothorax

This paper reports 191 cases of traumatic hematopnuemothorax treated from 1980 to 1994,with 12 deaths( 6.3%).The authors propose that patients with traumatic wet lungs should be taken dynamic chest radiography so as to exclude delayed hematopnuemothorax, that thoracotomy should be taken timely if necessary,that chematopnuemothorax should not be overlooked for patients with thoraco-abdominal injury,and that anesthesia must follow closed thoracic drainage.
