| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 将186例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组单用西医常规治疗，疗程均为4周。结果 治疗组在改善临床症状及心电图ST—T等方面均优于对照组。结论 中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of TCM and WM on acute viral myocarditis. Methods: 186 patients with acute viral myocarditis were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group (TG) and controlled group (CG) . Patients in TG received combined therapy of TCM and WM. and those in CG received conventional therapy respectively ior 4 weeks. Results: The efficacy of TG was better than that of CG in improving the clinical manifestation, ST - T changes, sinus atrial block, etc. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of combined therapy of TCM and WM is effect for acute viral myocarditis. |
