摘    要:受损组织的修复再生一直是再生医学的研究热点。传统再生医学依靠种子细胞、生长因子及支架材料来实现组织再生,但是其临床安全性及有效性仍有待验证。近年来越来越多的研究证据表明免疫系统在组织愈合过程中起着至关重要的作用,这为再生医学提供了新的研究思路。2型免疫是以白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-5、IL-9、IL-10、IL-13和IL-33的产生为特征,由多种免疫细胞参与的免疫反应,在调控组织修复过程中发挥关键作用。本文对2型免疫中的细胞因子及各个免疫细胞亚群在组织修复过程中的作用及调控机制做一综述。

Abstract:The repair and regeneration of damaged tissue has always been a research hotspot in regenerative medicine. Traditional regenerative medicine relies on stem cell, growth factor, and scaffold to achieve tissue regeneration, but the safety and effectiveness in the clinic still need to be verified. In recent years, growing evidences have shown that the immune system is crucial in tissue repair and regeneration, which provides a new avenue for regenerative medicine. Type 2 immunity, involved in various immune cell subsets, is characterized by the production of interleukin(IL)-4, IL-5, IL-9, IL-10, IL-13, and IL-33. It plays a key role in regulating the immune environment during tissue repair. This paper reviews the role and regulatory mechanism of type 2 cytokines and individual immune cell subsets in tissue repair and regeneration following injury.
