江阴市5年恶性肿瘤发病情况调查分析

目的通过对江阴市5年来多种恶性肿瘤的发病情况进行分析,为本市恶性肿瘤的预防提供科学的基础性资料。方法查阅本市全部恶性肿瘤患者14063名的病例记录,了解疾病的发病情况,由经过统一培训的调查员填写调查表;采用《国际疾病分类标准ICD-10》进行编码分类,使用SPSS11.0软件进行数据分析。结果江阴市2002年～2006年间肿瘤发病呈逐年上升趋势。不同性别年龄组的恶性肿瘤发病率在45岁以上呈加速趋势;男性的上升幅度比女性更加明显。结论政府应从公共卫生角度重视恶性肿瘤的预防。

Investigation and Analysis of Malignant Tumor Morbidity during 5 Years in Jiangyin

Objective To provide scientific baseline for malignant prevention by ananlyzing the malignant tumor morbidity during 5 years in Jiangyin.Methods By referring to the malignant records,14 063 cases were selected on morbidity.The investigators were trained on standards and it adopted the code classification with International Nosology ICD-10.The data were analyzed by SPSS11.0.Results The morbidity of tumors from 2002 to 2006 indicated increasing trend.The morbidities of malignant tumor with different sex and age groups rose rapidly over 45 years old.The rising scope of male group was bigger than that of female group.Conclusion The government should pay more attention on malignant tumor prevention from public health.
