| 摘 要： | 目的：观察一次性中等剂量尿激酶（UK）治疗急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的临床效果。方法：将ACS患者48例随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）及常规治疗联合UK组（UK组）,观察其疗效。结果：同对照组相比,UK组明显优于对照组,且无明显副作用,差异有统计学意义。结论：中等剂量尿激酶一次性使用治疗ACS疗效显著,适合于基层医院开展应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effects of low-dose urokinase （UK） in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods： 48 patients with ACS were randomly divided into routine therapeutic group and routine combined with UK group. Results： The clinical effects of UK group was significantly better than the control group, and the side reaction was slighty in both groups. Conclusion： There is a precise clinical effect that using UK for theating ACS, and it is feasible to primary hospital. |
