草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将62例老年抑郁症患者分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗,对照组单用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。观察6周,于治疗前及治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周、第6周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),同期研究组均较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01);治疗6周末研究组显效率及总有效率均高于对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组不良反应较轻微,发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,起效快,安全性高,依从性好,值得临床摧广应用。

Control study of Oxalic Acid Escitalopram in Combination with Low-dose Amisulpride Treatment of Elderly Depressive Patients

Objective We aimed to investigate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Escitalopram Oxalate combined with small dose of Amisulpride in the treatment of depression in old adults.Method A total number of 62 aged patients with depression were assigned randomly into the experimental group or the control group.Patients in the experimental group were given Escitalopram Oxalate combined with small dose of Amisulpride,while patients in the control group were given single Escitalopram Oxalate and followed for 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression scale was used to assess the clinical effectiveness and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale was used to examine the side effects before and 1week,two weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after the treatment.Result The performance of Hamilton Depression scale in both group significantly declined after the therapy compared with the result before the therapy.（P0.005 or P0.001）,the decline was more significant in the experimental group compared with the control group（P0.001）;after followed for 6 weeks,the effectiveness rate and the total validity rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group,but it was not significant（P0.05）;the side effects in both groups were slight,and the difference of the incidence between two groups was not significant.Conclusion The effectiveness of Escitalopram Oxalate combined with small dose of Amisulpride was significant in the treatment of depression in old adults,and with a short work time,good safety and good compliance.It deserved to be applied in the clinical.
