| 摘 要： | 目的:了解大肠息肉的临床特征及内镜下治疗可行性。方法:对内镜介导下高频电切除大肠息肉92例进行回顾性分析。结果:92例病人共119个息肉成功行内镜下高频电切除,其中4例出现迟发性出血,1例并发周边灼伤,1例原位复发。92例病人中有2人2个息肉术后病理示部分恶变。结论:大肠息肉尤其是腺瘤是大肠癌前病变,具有一定的恶变机会,必须给予积极治疗,内镜下高频电切除以其安全、简便、经济、效佳以及能取得病理组织成为治疗大肠息肉的首选方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the clinical manifestation of colonic polyp and the feasibility of treatment by endoscopy.Method: 92 cases of colonic polypi treated by endoscopy-mediated high frequency electric excision were analyzed retrospectively.Result: 119 polypi in 92 patients had been treated successfully by high frequency electric excision.There were 4 cases of delayed hemorrhage,1 case of burning around the lesion and 1 case of recurrence in situ.Partial canceration were certified pathologically in 2 cases(2 lesion).Conclusion: Colonic polyp,especially colonic adenoma is a kind of precancerosis.Therefore,it should be treated vigorously.Endoscopy-mediated high frequency electric excision were considered to be the first choice for treatment for colonic polyp,due to its safety,simple procedure,low cost,high efficacy and possibility to obtain the pathological tissue. |
