| 摘 要： | 观察５０例长期配戴亲水性角膜接触镜者戴镜前后ＳｃｈｉｒｍｅｒＩ试验和泪膜破裂时间（ＢＵＴ）的变化。结果表明，戴接触镜后ＢＵＴ缩短，ＳｃｈｉｒｍｅｒＩ下降，双眼ＢＵＴ与ＳｃｈｉｒｍｅｒＩ之间无相关性。讨论了引起泪膜流动和ＢＵＴ改变的机制。

| Abstract: | 0 cases with long time soft contact lenses(C.Ls.)wear
were observed.Before and after fitting the C.Ls.Schirmer I test and
tear break up time(BUT)were performed in all the cases. The results
of our work indicate that BUT is shortened and Schirmer I is
decreased after fitting the C.Ls.No correlation exist between BUT and
Schirmer I in both eyes.The mechanism causing tear film flow and BUT
changes is discussed. |
