阳和胶囊治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症30例临床观察

目的观察阳和胶囊治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择原发性骨质疏松症患者60例,随机分成两组,治疗组用阳和胶囊治疗,对照组用钙尔奇D片治疗,治疗3个月,观察全身骨痛改善情况,监测治疗前后骨密度变化。结果治疗组在降低中医证候积分、疼痛症状积分方面,明显优于对照组(P0.01);两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后骨密度值比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论阳和胶囊对治疗老年原发性骨质疏松有明显治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Primary Osteoporosis in Elderly People Treated with Yanghe Capsule

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of yanghe capsule on primary osteoporosis in elderly people.Methods 60 cases of primary osteoporosis were divided randomly into two groups.In treatment group,yanghe capsule was administered;and in control group,caltrate D tablet was prescribed.The course of treatment was 3 months.It was to observe the improvement in general bone pain and monitor the changes of bone density before and after treatment.Results In treatment group,the improvements in reducing syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine and pain integral were superior apparently to those in control group（P0.01）.In comparison of the efficacy on the syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine between two groups,the results in treatment group were superior apparently to those in control group（P0.05）.In comparison between two groups,the statistical significant differences presented in bone density value after treatment between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Yanghe capsule has obvious efficacy on primary osteoporosis in elderly people and this drug deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
