坎地沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺对心力衰竭患者心功能、血浆脑利钠肽浓度的影响

目的探讨坎地沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺对心力衰竭（CHF）患者心功能、血浆脑利钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP）浓度的影响。方法将163例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组基础上加用坎地沙坦和环磷腺苷葡胺,疗程为14d。分别于用药前及给药14d后测定血浆BNP浓度、LVEF（心脏射血分数）、FS（左室短轴缩短率）及CI（心脏指数）。结果治疗组EF、FS、CI改善（P均〈0.01）,血浆BNP浓度比对照组显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论坎地沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺可改善CHF患者心功能,降低血浆BNP浓度。

Effects of candesartan and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on the level of brain natriuretic peptide and heart function in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the effect of candesartan and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on the level of brain natriuretic peptide and heart function in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 163 patients were randomly divided into control group（accepted normal comprehensive treatment） and treatment group（medicine used in control group plus Candesartan and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for 14 days）.Plasma BNP levels,LVEF（left ventricular ejection fraction）、 FS（left ventricular fractional shortening） and CI（cardiac index） were evaluated before and after 14 days′ therapy.Results After 14 days′ therapy,in treatment group,LVEF,FS,CI were partly improved（P0.01）,BNP level significantly lower than those in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Candesartan and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate may markedly decline BNP level for patients with CHF and improve patient′s cardiac function.
