硫醇自组膜上葡萄糖氧化酶多层有序膜的组装及应用

摘    要:
本文首先在金电极表面形成表面3-巯基1-丙磺酸自组装膜。研究了自组装膜表面葡萄糖氧化酶和二茂铁取代聚(4-乙烯基吡啶)多层有序膜的形成及其电化学特性。电极对葡萄糖测定的线性范围为0.1 ̄10mmol/L,检测限为0.01mmol/L,抗坏血酸对测定不产生影响。

Abstract:
An amperometric enzyme electrode for glucose has been prepared by immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) in a multilayer film. The multilayer film of GOD and ferrocene attached poly(4-vinylpyridine) (Fc-PVP) complex is formed by elecrtrostatic force. The linear range of the enzyme elecrtode is extxnded up to 10mmol/L of glucose due to the addition of 5 GOD layers, and the detection limit is down to 0 01mmol/L. Ascorbic acid and uric acid have no imterference in the determination of glucose.
