支气管成形术治疗肺癌30例分析

目的 探讨支气管成形术治疗肺癌的手术适应证、手术方法、术后并发症及其疗效。方法 本文收集了30例中央型肺癌及支气管腔内癌病例，施行支气管成形术并经随访和总结。结果 由于肺癌发病年龄较大，心肺功能减退，虽无手术早期死亡，然而支气管成形术并发症发生率明显高于常规原发性肺癌手术。结论 支气管成形术治疗肺癌必须严格掌握手术指征，术后手术期应用严密观察、及时处理合并症，并定期随访，提高手术疗效。

THE ANALYSIS ON 30 CASES OF LUNG CANCER WITH TREATMENT VIA

Objective To evaluate the indication, surgical procedure, complication and therapeutic effecs of the bronchoplasty. Methods 30 cases of lung cancer involving hilar were treated by brochoplasty and followed up. Results Though the early mortality after operation was not observed, the complications in bronchoplasty were more common than that in routine operation because of elderly ages of these cases with reduction of the lung function. Conclusion The indication of the bronchoplasty must be controlled carefully. The complications must be managed immediately.$$$$
