摘    要:目的探讨绝经期妇女子宫内膜息肉雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)与细胞增殖的关系。方法选择26例绝经期子宫内膜息肉为研究组,18例萎缩型子宫内膜作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测ER、PR和增殖核抗原Ki-67在息肉和萎缩内膜中的表达。结果息肉组子宫内膜ER、PR的表达明显高于对照组萎缩子宫内膜(P<0.001);Ki-67阳性细胞率明显增高(P<0.01)。结论内膜细胞ER、PR和Ki-67高表达可能与绝经期子宫内膜息肉形成有关。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the relation between the steroidal receptors(ER,PR) and Ki-67 antigen in endometrial polyps in post-menopausal women.[Methods] Twenty-six patients with endometrial polyps were examined by hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy,and eighteen age-matched,non-hormonally treated patients with atrophic endometrium by vaginal hysterectomy because of uterine prolapse served as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of ER,PR and Ki-67 antigen in endometrium from polyp group and control group,respectively.[Results] There were significantly increased levels of expression of ER and PR in glandular epithelia in endometrial polyps compared with atrophic endometrium(P <0.001).Also,the percentage of positive Ki-67 cell nuclei was significantly higher in endometrial polyps than in atrophic endometrium(P <0.01).[Conclusion] Over-expression of ER,PR and Ki-67 in endometrium may be related to formation and development of endometrial polyps in post-menopausal women.
