| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察益气活血方对慢性胃炎与血液流变学及 D-木糖排泄率的影响。方法 :用氢氧化钠猪胆汁混合液灌胃造成大鼠气虚血瘀慢性胃炎模型 ,测定各组大鼠血液流变学变化及尿 D-木糖排泄率 ,并进行比较。结果 :造模组大鼠 D-木糖排泄率明显降低 ,血液粘度增高 ;益气活血方可以改善上述异常指标。结论 :慢性胃炎大鼠血液流变学及 D-木糖排泄率异常与气虚血瘀相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the relationship between the hemorheology,D- xylose excretory rate and chronic gastritis.Methods:The chronic gastritis model of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis( QDBS) was made out by administrating the mixture of sodium hydroxide and pig bile and divided into model group and therapeutic group.Another group was normal group.The hemorheology and D- xylose excretory rate were detected before and after treatment and compared with the normal group.Results:All the rats in model group showed significantly low D- xylose excretory rate with high blood viscosity.After treatment of QDBS the pathological changes were apparently restored.There were no significant differences between therapeutic group and normal group.Conclusion:The abnormal hemorheology and D- xylose excretory rate of chronic gastritis rats correlate with the QDBS. |
