中西医结合治疗妊娠中晚期胎儿宫内窘迫临床体会

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠中晚期（28-37周）无孕产妇并发症、单纯表现胎心音较快（150--170；K／min之间）的胎儿宫内窘迫疗效观察。方法：中医辨证分型，主要分型有肾虚血热型、脾’肾两虚型、肾虚血瘀型。方药寿胎丸加减。西药给予能量（5％的葡萄糖500ml十三磷酸腺苷40mg＋维生素C针2．0＋辅酶A100u）及复方氨基酸（18-AA）注射液250ml静滴1〉K／d；吸氧，2〉K／d，30min／；K。疗程7～10d。结果：1年来共治疗21例，治愈15例，有效4例，无效2例。有效率达90％。结论：中西医结合治疗效果显著，降低了早产率，提高新生儿成活率。

Clinical experience for treating fetal distress in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating third trimester （28~37 weeks） without maternal complications, simple performance of rapid fetal heart tones （150~170/min）. Methods： The Fangyao Shoutai pill was applied together with modern medicine （mainly energy recovering and amino acid） for 30min/time, a course for 7~ 10 days, the syndrome should be treated in differentiation. The efficacy reached 90%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is effective in reducing the rate of preterm birth and improving neonatal survival rate.
