视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对舌向集中牙合与半解剖牙合全口义齿满意度的比较研究

目的:比较舌向集中牙合与半解剖牙合全口义齿的满意度。方法:选择22例牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,随机分为两组,各11例。为每位患者同期制作两付全口义齿(舌向集中牙合全口义齿与半解剖牙合全口义齿)。A组患者在第1阶段戴用舌向集中牙合全口义齿,第2阶段戴用半解剖牙合全口义齿。B组患者在第一阶段戴用半解剖牙合全口义齿,第2阶段戴用舌向集中牙合全口义齿。每付全口义齿戴用8周后,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),从美观性、语言功能、咀嚼功能、固位功能、舒适性方面由患者对新义齿进行评分。结果:两种牙合型全口义齿满意度调查显示舌向集中牙合与半解剖牙合比较在固位功能方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),在美观性、语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适性方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。舌向集中牙合全口义齿初戴后,因疼痛调改的次数少于半解剖牙合全口义齿(P<0.01)。结论:对于牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,应用舌向集中牙合可以提高患者的固位满意度。

The comparison of subject satisfaction with lingualized occlusion and semianatomic occlusion in complete dentures by using visual analogy scores(VAS) method

Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the satisfaction in patients wearing lingualized complete dentures and semi-anatomic occlusal complete dentures. Methods Twenty- two edentulous patients with flat or depressed residual ridges were selected and divided into two groups randomly.Each group including 11 cases.Both of those two kinds of dentures were made for every patient.In group A,the lingualized occlusal complete dentures were used in the first phase and the semi-anatomic occlusal complete dentures were used in the second phase.While in group B,the order was just on the contrary.8 weeks after each ways of restoration,the patients were made to evaluate the new complete dentures by using visual analogy scores （VAS）method in the point of views of esthetic ,voice function,masticatory function ,retention and comfort. Results Significant difference was found between the lingulized occlusal denteurs and semi-occlusal dentures in terms of retention while no significant difference was found in terms of esthetic, voice function,masticate and comfort.The modifying times for the lingualized occlusal dentures due to the pain caused by the restorations were less than those for the semi-occlusal dentures. Conclusion For those patients suffered from severe residual ridges absorption,the lingualized occlusal complete dentures could be applied to improve the satisfaction in terms of dentures＂ retention.
