硬膜外自控镇痛对剖宫产产妇生存质量的影响观察

目的研究分析硬膜外自控镇痛对剖宫产产妇生存质量的影响。方法选取2010年6月～2011年5月于本院行剖宫产的114例产妇为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各57例，对照组采用传统镇痛方法镇痛．观察组采用硬膜外自控镇痛方法进行镇痛，将两组患者术后6h、12h及24h的VAS评分及术前、术后1d的SF-36量表评分进行统计比较。结果观察组的术后6h、12h及24h的VAS评分均优于对照组，术后SF-36量表评分各项目均高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论硬膜外自控镇痛可显著改善剖宫产产妇的疼痛状况及生存质量。

Observation on the influence of patient-controlled epidural analgesia for the quality of life of parturient with cesarean section

Objective To study the influence of patient-controlled epidural analgesia for the quality of life of parturient with cesarean section. Methods A total of 114 parturient with cesarean section in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 57 cases in each group,then the VAS score after the operation at sixth,twelfth and twenty-fourth hour and SF-36 score before and after the operation at first day of two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of observation group after the operation at sixth,twelfth and twenty-fourth hour were all better than those of control group,all items of SF-36 score after the operation were all higher than those of control group,P 〈 0.05,there were significant differences. Conclusion The patient-controlled epidural analgesia can significantly improve the vein state and the quality of life of parturient with cesarean section.
