BC-3000血细胞分析仪计数血小板及其参数与XT-2000i血细胞分析仪差异分析

目的探讨迈瑞BC-3000三分类血细胞分析仪与SysmexXT-2000i五分类血细胞分析仪计数血小板及其参数MPV、PDW、PCT差异性。方法收集血小板计数正常、增高和减低的患者标本共433例．分别用迈瑞BC-3000和SysmexXT-2000i两部血细胞计数仪测定PLT及MPV、PDW、PCT。结果迈瑞BC-3000血细胞分析仪计数正常组PLT及MPV、PDW、PCT与SysmexXT-2000i血细胞分析仪无显著差异（P〉0．05）；计数血小板增多组的PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT四项指标有显著差异（P〈0．05）；计数血小板减少组的PLT、MPV和PDW有显著差异（PLT，P〈0．05；MPV和PDW，P〈0．01），计数PCT两仪器无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论迈瑞BC-3000血细胞分析仪计数血小板异常者，应用SysmexXT-2000i血细胞分析仪对其结果进行复核及校正。

Analysis of difference between BC-3000 blood cell analyzer and XT-2000i blood cell analyzer in calculating platelet and its parameters

Objective To investigate the difference between the Mindray BC-3000 three-category blood cell analyzer and the Sysmex XT-2000i five-category blood cell analyzer in calculating the platelet （PLT） and its parameters mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet distribution width （PDW） and plateletcrit （PCT）. Methods A total of 433 cases of nor- mal, increased and decreased platelet count samples were collected, of which the PLT, MPV, PDW and PCT were measured using the Mindray BC-3000 three-category blood cell analyzer and the Sysmex XT-2000i five-category blood cell analyzer respectively. Results In the normal platelet count group, the Mindray BC-3000 blood cell analyzer and the Sysmex XT-2000i blood cell analyzer were not significantly different in the PLT, MPV, PDW and PCT （P 〉 0.05）; In the increased platelet count group, the two analyzers were significantly different in the PLT, MPV, PDW and PCT （P 〈 0.05）; In the decreased platelet count group, the two analyzers were significantly different in the PLT, MPV and PDW （P 〈 0.05 for PLT; P 〈 0.01 for MP~ and PDW）, but were not significantly different in the PCT （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The Mindray BC-3000 blood cell analyzer is used to calculate the platelet of patients with abnormal platelet count and the Sysmex XT-2000i blood cell analyzer is used to recheck and revise its results.
