综合性护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺部感染疗效的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺部感染的疗效的影响。方法60例COPD合并肺部感染患者随机分成两组各30例，其中干预组行综合性护理干预，对照组根据医嘱采取随机对症治疗及护理干预，对两组的疗效、护理满意度及生存质量评分进行对比分析。结果干预组患者给予心理护理、氧疗指导、用药指导、饮食指导、健康教育及出院指导的综合护理干预后取得了较好的疗效，治疗后的总有效率达96．7％，而对照组的有效率达70．0％，明显低于干预组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。干预组无一例不满意，满意度达100％，而对照组2例不满意，满意度达70％（21／30），两组满意度存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。干预组的日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理症状、QQL评分各项生存质量评分明显优于对照组，两组比较存在显著差异性（P〈0．05）。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺部感染患者实施综合性护理干预措施，可以明显提高疗效及护理满意度，改善患者的生存质量。

Comprehensive nursing intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung infection efficacy

Objective To explore efficacy of comprehensive care intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung infections shadow. Methods All 60 cases of COPD combined with pneumonia patients were divided into two groups,the intervention group line integrated care intervention, control group took random symptomatic treatment and care interventions, efficacy, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were analyzed. Results after treatment, the total rate otThe intervention group was 96.7% ,was significantly higher than thecontrol group, the difference was sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The intervention group no case are not satisfied, satisfaction was 100%,the control group was70% （21/30） ,there was significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The intervention group＇s activities of daily living,social activi- ties,psychological state of depression, anxiety and psychological symptoms,QQL ratings of quality of life scores were significantly lower than the control group,the two groups, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung infections in patients with comprehensive nursing interventions can significantly improve the efficacy and nursing satisfaction, and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
