龙血竭外用对糖尿病足的疗效及其与C反应蛋白的关系

摘    要:
目的研究龙血竭治疗糖尿病足的疗效及其对C反应蛋白的影响。方法选择医院收治的68例糖尿病足患者,随机分为两组,各34例。两组患者均应用抗生素抗感染,并控制患者的血糖。对照组患者给予常规换药,治疗组患者采用龙血竭胶囊进行治疗。观察治疗后的创面缩小面积、出现明显肉芽时间和创面愈合时间,并检测治疗前后的C反应蛋白含量。结果创面愈合时间治疗组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后C反应蛋白均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论龙血竭治疗糖尿病足疗效显著,伤口创面愈合时间短,可显著降低C反应蛋白水平,避免了许多患者的截肢,并减少了医疗费用,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Resina Draconis in treating diabetic foot and its influence on C-reactive protein(CRP). Methods Sixty- eight cases of diabetic foot treated in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with antibiotics for anti- infection, and controlling the blood glucose. The control group was given conventional dressing change, while the treatment group received Longxuejie Jiaonang. The shrunk wound area, apparent granulation and wound healing time after treatment, CRP levels before and after treatment, efficacy and adverse reaction were observed. Results The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the CRP level after treatment in the two groups was decreased significantly, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05); the total effective rate was 94. 12% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 82.35% in the control group (P〈0. 05). The two groups showed no adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Resina Draconis therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot, with short wound healing time, which can significantly reduce the CRP level, avoid amputations in many patients, reduce the medical costs and deserve to be promoted in clinical use.
