高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变的相关性研究

目的研究分析高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变相关性。方法随机抽取2008年3月～2011年3月我院门诊和住院部的200例高危型HPV检测阳性的患者作为研究对象，均进行HPV检测、阴道镜检查和病理学检查．并对高危型HPV感染的年龄分布情况以及高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈组织病理学之间的关系予以分析。结果30～40岁发生高危型HPV感染几率相对明显要高，其次为40～50岁，〉50岁年龄段发病比率相对较低（P〈0．05）。另外，高危型HPV病毒负荷量范围值在1300pg／mL之内不具判断病理学类型的特异性，但范围值在1300pg／mL以上应考虑是否发生宫颈癌病变。结论高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变具有明显相关性，30～40岁更易受HPV病毒感染；HPV病毒负荷量明显偏高，则存在较大的宫颈癌病变可能性，应及时予以全面检查并确诊。

Correlation of the load of high-risk type HPV virus and cervical lesions

Objective To research and analyze the correlation of the load of high-risk type HPV virus and cervical lesions. Methods A total of 200 patients whose high-risk type HPV test showsed positive were selected randomly from our outpatient and inpatient department from March 2008 to March 2011, and all for HPV test, colposcopy and patho- logical examination, then analyzed the age dwastribution of high-risk type HPV infection, and the relationship between the load of high-risk type HPV virus and cervical twassue pathology. Results Infection risk of high-risk type HPV was higher between 30 and 40 years old, and the second was 40 and 50 years old, the ratio was relatively lower in the age of 50 years old （P 〈 0.05）. In addition, the load range value of high-risk type HPV virus within 1300 pg/mL doesn＇t had specificity to the judgment of pathology types; but the range value more than 1300 pg/mL should consider cervical cancer lesions. Conclusion There are significant correlation between high-risk type HPV virus load and cervi- cal lesions, infection rwask of high-risk type HPV was higher between 30 and 40 years old; if the load of HPV virus on the high side was obviouS, there was greater possibility of cervical leb sions happeness,and should check and diagnose thoroughly.
