应用针灸四步法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

目的：探讨应用针灸四步法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将30例过敏性鼻炎患者应用针灸四步法采用针刺鼻三针、穴位注射（定喘、风门、肺腧）、中药包五子散（吴茱萸、莱菔子、白芥子、菟丝子、苏子）推烫头面部、颈后项部、背部、腹部等重要穴位、配合神阙穴温和灸治疗，1次／d，治疗7d为1个疗程。总计1个程结束后停药，随访半年以上。结果：痊愈11例，显效18例，有效1例，愈显率为96．67％，总有效率为100％。结论：应用针灸四步法治疗过敏性鼻炎有良好的临床疗效，且操作简便经济、疗程短见效快、针刺穴位少、患者痛苦小、不良反应少、便于医护人员操作，值得临床推广。
