经脊椎后路椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨经脊柱后路椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘摘除术(MED)的技术要点和临床效果。方法对287例腰椎间盘突出症患者行后路椎间盘镜下椎间盘摘除术,并对其资料回顾性分析。结果本组病人平均随访37月,按Nakai等的标准行功能评级:优227例,良36例,优良率91.64%。结论脊柱后路椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘摘除术具有手术创伤小、脊柱稳定性影响小、患者术后恢复快、疗效确切等特点。

Microendoscopic discectomy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the main points and clinical effects of microendoscopic discectomy(MED) through its clinical application.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 287 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated with MED were made.Results After an average follow-up of 37 months,227 cases were evaluated as excellent,36 cases as good according to the Nakai scale,the excellent and good rate was 91.64%.Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy is the trend of microtraumatic surgery of spine with the advantages of minimal trauma to tissue and stability of spinal column and satisfactory effect.
