摘 要: | 目的研究酶联免疫斑点(T SPOT-TB)检测结核分枝杆菌特异性T细胞与结核病的相关性分析。方法用酶联免疫宽点技术测定早期分泌性抗原靶ESAT-6和ESAT-10特异性T细胞,由传染病研究所证实或可疑的72例病人作为实验对象,并将TSPOT—TB的测定结果和传统的诊断方法相比较。结果64例肺结核或肺外结核病人中,TSPOT—TB方法检测到63例,表明其灵敏度为98.4%。其中的45例病人同时做结素实验,仅有40例呈阳性(89%),而TSPOT—TB测定100%为阳性(P=0.056)。72例病人中,有6人被排除活动性结核,其中5(83.3%)人TSPOT-TB实验阴性,因此可以在可疑活动性结核病人快速排除非结核病人。结论TSPOT-TB实验对检测结核是一种灵敏的方法,对现在低发病率背景下检测结核的诊断程序及治疗监测是一种有用的补充。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the ELISPOT (T SPOT- TB) in the detection of Myeobaeterium tuberculosis - specific T cells and the correlation with tuberculosis. Methods Measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent spot early secreted antigenic target ESAT - 6 and ESAT - 10- specific T cells, from the Institute of Infectious Diseases, 72 eonfirraed or suspeeted patients as subjeets, and T SPOT- TB results and the determination of compared to traditional diagnostic methods. Results 64 eases of tuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis among, T SPOT - TB method detected 63 eases, indicating a sensitivity of 98.4 % . 45 patients of them also do prime knot experiment, only 40 eases were positive (89%), while the T SPOT - TB positive determination of 100% (p = 0.056). 72 eases of patients, 6 were excluded from active TB, of which 5 (83.3%) of the T SPOT- TB test negative, so yon can quickly suspeeted active TB were excluded from non - TB. Conclusion T SPOT - TB test for detection of TB is a sensitive method, the context of current low incidence of TB detection and treatment monitonng of diagnostic procedures is a useful supplement. |
