改良侧卧手术体位对患者舒适度的影响

目的:探讨改良侧卧手术体位对患者舒适度的影响。方法:将200例需侧卧位手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,对照组采用常规侧卧手术体位,观察组采用改良侧卧手术体位。结果:与对照组比较,观察组体位平均摆放时间更短,发生体位移动、皮肤组织受压、术后肢体疲劳、术后神经损伤的例数更少,术后血压、心率、血氧饱和度、呼吸更稳定(P<0.01)。结论:改良侧卧手术体位便于医生手术操作,能使患者更舒适、生命体征更稳定。

Effect of the modified lateral operative position on the degree of comfort of patients with surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of the modified lateral operative position on the degree of comfort of patients with surgery.Methods:200 surgical patients who needed lateral operative position were randomly divided into observation and control groups(100 cases in each group).The conventional lateral operative position was taken in the control group and the modified lateral operative position was adopted in the observation group.Results:Compared with control group,the average laying time,was shorter and the occurrence of postural movement,skin tissue compression,postoperative limb fatigue and postoperative nerve injury was less in the observation group;postoperative blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and breathing were more stable(P<0.01).Conclusion:The modified lateral operative position for operation can make the patients more comfortable and vital signs were more stable.
