| 摘 要： | 目的评价米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将符合CCMD-5诊断标准的48例抑郁症住院和门诊患者，随机平分为两组，分别予米氮平和帕罗西汀治疗，疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度（CGI—SI）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果米氮平与帕罗西汀对抑郁症疗效接近，但前者起效更快，不良反应少于后者。结论米氮平是一种安全、有效的新一代抗抑郁药，可作为治疗抑郁症的第一线药物使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare efficacy and side effects between mirtazapine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 48 inpatients and outpatients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to mirtazapine group(n=24) and paroxetine group(n=24)for 6 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD,HAMA,CGI-SI and TESS before and after the treatment.Results Findings indicated that efficacy of mirtazapine was similar to than of paroxetine,however mirtazapine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less than paroxetine.Conclusion Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant.It is suggested that mirtazapine could be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of depression |
