| Abstract: | This paper reviews the laboratory test and diagnosis of HIV-2 infection at home and abroad,and introduces the application of HIV-2 nucleic acid test in the United States.HIV-2 nucleic acid test can not only effectively eliminate many clinical uncertain results,but also can solve the problems of false reactivity and missed detection.Especially,HIV-2 nucleic acid quantitative detection is not only an important means of HIV-2 detection and treatment monitoring,but also can provide a basis for HIV-2 infection diagnosis.At present,there is a lack of reagents and diagnostic strategies for HIV-2 detection,it is urgent to pay more attention to research on HIV-2 diagnostic reagents and strategies. |
