医学创新教育模式的探索与实践

摘    要:
创新意识、创新思维和创新能力是创新教育的三要素。吉林大学白求恩医学院通过实行教学机构优化重组,科学、系统地设置课程体系,以及采用丰富多样的教学方法和教学评价体系,着力进行创新意识的开发;通过融入科研思维及渗透临床思维的教学模式,促进创新思维的培养;通过建立以学生为主体及推行以科研为平台的教学模式,提高学生的创新能力。

Abstract:
The three fundamental elements of the innovative education are sense of creation, crea-tive thinking and creativity. Bethune Medical School of Jilin University focuses on the research of innovative education model through the following means : to develop the creation sense by re-optimization of the teach-ing institutes, setting the scientific and systematic curriculum as well as adopting variable teaching methods and teaching evaluation system; to cultivate the creative thinking by infiltrating scientific thinking methods into the clinical education ; to enhance the students ' creativity by increasing their experiment opportunities.
