福州市社区居民医疗服务需求和利用情况分析

目的：了解新形势下城市居民对医疗服务需求和利用情况及影响因素，为决策部门进行医改、合理分配卫生资源、改善医疗服务提供参考依据。方法：以福州市上海街道办事处15岁以上居民为对象，采用二阶段抽样方法共调查287人。结果：福州市上海街道居民医疗服务的需求大，慢性病患病率高为23．00％，两周患病率高为34．49％。两周就诊率为16．72％，年住院率为5．70％。通过分析，年龄和文化程度对医疗服务需求和利用指标影响大。结论：福州市社区居民医疗服务需求犬，但利用不高，健康状况比较差。应进一步完善和发展社区医疗服务，提供方便、收费合理的医疗服务。

Analysis on requirement and utilization of medical service in community residents in Fuzhou

Objective: To explore the requirement and utilization of medical service in community residents in Fuzhou in order to provide data to the decision makers for health resource allocation. Method: Using Chi square and two stage sampling survey to figure out the requirement of medical service by urban population at Shanghai Street in Fuzhou. Results: The prevalence of chronic diseases was 23.00%. Two week prevalence was 34.49%. Two week visiting rate was 16.72%. The annual inpatient rate was 5.70%. Age and education were the main influence factors of the requirement and utilization of medical service. Conclusion: Comparing to rural areas, there were some characteristics of high medical service demand, low outpatient service utilization and lower health status in urban population of community at Shanghai Street in Fuzhou. The community health service in Fuzhou should develop and improve.
