摘    要:
 目的研究灵芝中24种有机磷农药残留量的测定方法。方法样品经冰浴超声提取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化后,采用不分流进样,用双柱双火焰光度检测器(FPD)气相色谱同时定性、定量测定。结果样品3水平添加时的24种有机磷农药回收率均在75.28%~117.18%,相对标准偏差在3.19%~15.57%,符合农药残留分析的要求。结论本法净化效果好,重现性好,可用于灵芝中24种有机磷农药残留量的检测。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine the residues of 24 organnophosphorous pesticides in Ganoderma. METHODS 24 Organnophosphorous pesticides were extracted by ultrasonication in ice bath, then cleaned-up with gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The residues were simultaneously identified and quantified with dual-column and dual-flame photometric detector(FPD). RESULTS The average recoveries and RSD were in the range of 75.28%~117.18% and 3.19%~15.57%,respectively.The method met the requirement of pesticide residue analysis. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive , accurate and suitable for the analysis of 24 organnophosphorous pesticides.
