| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽（BNP）是一种主要从心室分泌的多肽类激素,在心脏维持其结构和功能的正常中起着重要的代偿作用,其同源代谢产物N末端脑钠肽原（NT—proBNP）具有半衰期长、稳定性良好等优点,临床测定血浆NT-proBNP水平有助于呼吸困难的鉴别诊断,同时可用于对心血管疾病尤其是急慢性心力衰竭的疗效、预后评估及指导治疗。本文就NT—proBNP在心血管疾病尤其是充血性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is secreted by cardiomyocytes and plays an important role in the maintenance of cardiac structure and function. N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) is the inactive metabolite of BNP, and it has a longer halftime and better stability than BNP.
