多学科协同延续护理对宫颈癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨多学科协同延续护理对宫颈癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 将56例宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组(多学科协同延续护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的心理状态及生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,疼痛、疲劳、恶心呕吐评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多学科协同延续护理可缓解宫颈癌患者的不良心理状态,提高其生活质量。

Influence of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Continuous Nursing on the Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients with Cervical Cancer

Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative continuous nursing on the mental state and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 56 cases of patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group(multidisciplinary collaborative continuous nursing)and control group(routine nursing).The mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pain,fatigue and nausea vomiting were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative continuous nursing can alleviate the nagative mental state of patients with cervical cancer,and improve the quality of life.
