Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of KAP health education model on the mental and behavioral disorder patients caused by the alcohol.Methods To select 100 mental and behavioral disorder patients caused by the alcohol admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects,according to the principle of matching the basic characteristics between groups they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The KAP health education model was applied on the observation group,the routine health education model was given to the control group,Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),selfrating depression scale(SDS),self-care ability scale,self-efficacy scale and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score were compared between two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,compared the score of SAS,SDS between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),each score of the self-care ability scale and self-efficacy scale of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The KAP health education model could effectively decreased the negative emotions of the mental and behavioral disorder patients caused by the alcohol,enhanced the self-care and selfmanagement behaviour and positively effect the improvement of the prognosis and living quality.
