摘    要:目的探讨对西门子CT模拟机使用Control Scan和位置数据计算,精确扫描含标记点CT层面的应用效果。方法选取60位放疗患者进行测试,其中30位作为实验组,30位作为对照组。实验组和对照组分别使用Control Scan和位置数据计算的方法与常规方法进行定位CT扫描,对CT扫描结果进行分析比较。结果实验组中,标记点出现在1、2和3层CT图像上的人数分别为:26、4和0;对照组中相应的数据分别为8、21和1。与常规方法相比,使用Control Scan和位置数据计算的方法,标记点出现在1层CT图像上的比例提高了60%。结论使用Control Scan和位置数据计算的方法,可以精确确定含标记点CT层面的位置,有效提高标记点在1层CT图像上的比例,为后续的精确放疗计划制作和精确摆位治疗提供坚实基础。

Abstract:Objective For the Siemens CT simulator,a method of using Control Scan and position data calculation to accurately scan the CT slice with marked points was proposed and tested.Methods A method of using Control Scan and position data calculation to accurately determine the position of the CT slice with the marked points was proposed.60 radiotherapy patients were selected with 30 patients as the experimental group,and the other 30 patients as the control group.The above-mentioned method and the conventional method were used to the experimental group and the control group respectively.The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the number of patients whose marked points appeared on the 1,2,and 3 CT slices were 26,4,and 0,respectively;the corresponding data in the control group were 8,21,and 1 respectively.Compared to the conventional method,the proportion of marked points appeared on 1 CT slice by using the proposed method,increased by 60%.Conclusion By using the proposed method,the position of the CT slice containing the marked points could be accurately determined,and the proportion of the marked points on 1 CT slice could be greatly improved,thereby providing a solid foundation for the precise planning and precise positioning of the radiotherapy patients.
