国产医用直线加速器VenusX稳定性分析

摘    要:目的通过对国产医用直线加速器VenusX执行为期3个月的质控监测,分析其机械精度、射束性能和影像系统的稳定性,为其下一步临床应用推广提供数据参考。方法基于VenusX的EPID系统,应用DVS系统对加速器的机械精度、射束性能和影像系统等进行质量检测,并给出相应质检报告,分析评价该型加速器的稳定性和可靠性。结果VenusX加速器各参数稳定性均符合相应标准要求,其中X线输出剂量稳定性最大偏差为0.5%;剂量率稳定性最大偏差为1%;剂量日稳定性平均最大偏差为1.6%;机架旋转中心最大偏差为0.8 mm;光栅到位精度最大为1 mm,X和Y方向光栅到位重复性最大偏差分别为0.3 mm和0.4 mm;MV-EPID和kV-EPID的中心一致性最大偏差分别为0.5 mm和0.6 mm。结论通过对医用直线加速器VenusX的日常稳定性测试结果进行分析,结果表明,其机械精度、射束性能和影像系统稳定性均符合国家相关标准,满足临床应用要求。

Stability Analysis for Domestic Medical Linear Accelerator VenusX

Abstract:Objective To analyse the stability of mechanical accuracy,beam performance and image system for domestic medical linear accelerator VenusX based on a three-month quality control monitoring,and provide data reference for the next clinical application promotion.Methods The quality inspections of mechanical accuracy,beam performance and image system for the VenusX were carried out and the corresponding reports were gived based on the EPID and DVS system.The Stability and Reliability of the accelerator were analyzed and evaluated.Results The stability of the accelerator parameters were in accordance with the corresponding standards.The maximum deviations of X-ray output constancyand deviation of doserate stability were 0.5%and 1%.The maximum deviations of gantry rotation was 0.8 mm.The maximum position accuracy of MLC was 1 mm,The maximum repeatability deviations of MLC in the X and Y direction were 0.3 mm and 0.4 mm.The maximum deviations of central consistency of MV-EPID and KV-EPID were 0.5 mm and 0.6 mm,respectively.Conclusion The mechanical accuracy,beam performance and image system stability of VenusX were in line with the relevant national standards and met the clinical requirements according to the daily stability analysis.
