中医药治疗阿尔兹海默病研究进展

随着当前预期寿命逐渐增加,延缓与年龄相关认知下降的策略越来越受到关注。其中老年性疾病阿尔兹海默病发病机制复杂且治疗靶点较为单一。中医药作为治疗AD的有效手段,近几年来从中药有效活性成分的提取、复方的靶向研究、针灸的作用途经等方面开展了一系列实验研究,并取得了一定的研究进展。该文主要以中医药治疗AD的研究进展为依据,分析了近几年国内外文献,对中药有效成分提取物、中医复方、针灸治疗AD的研究成果及其相关作用机制进行总结,阐述中医药治疗AD的新方向。

Research Progress of TCM in Treating AD

With the current life expectancy gradually increasing,strategies in delaying age-related cognition decline have received more and more attention.The pathogenesis of the senile disease,Alzheimer’s disease(AD),is complex and the therapeutic target is single.As an effective method for the treatment of AD,a series of TCM experimental studies have been carried out in the past few years in terms of the extraction of effective active ingredients of Chinese medicinal,the targeted research of compound formula,and the action ways of acupuncture and moxibustion,and some research progress has been made.Based on the research progress of TCM in treating AD,this study analyzed the literature home and aboard in recent years,summarized the research achievements and related mechanism of active ingredient extract of Chinese medicinal,TCM compound formula,as well as acupuncture and moxibustion in treating AD,and elaborated the new direction of TCM in the treatment of AD.
