摘    要:丹参为现代临床治疗心血管疾病的常用中草药,其主要活性成分包括水溶性酚酸类及脂溶性二萜醌类等。近年来关于丹参活性成分防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤相关机制不断被揭示。本文查阅近年来国内外相关文献,就丹参主要活性成分抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制进行综述。

Abstract:Salvia miltiorrhiza is a commonly used Chinese herb in modern clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Its main active components include water-soluble phenolic acids and lipid soluble diterpenoid quinones.The action mechanism of its active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)has been revealed in recent years.This study reviewed the mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza in treating MIRI based on related literature home and abroad.
