| 剖宫产术后疼痛的护理干预研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后疼痛的护理干预及其效果。方法200例剖宫产产妇随机分为对照组和干预组，对照组常规护理，干预组实施缓解疼痛的综合护理，比较两组产妇疼痛强度、发生时间及VAS评分。结果干预组产妇剖宫产术后疼痛强度低于对照组（P〈0．05），发生时间晚于对照组（P〈0．05），VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预能够改善剖宫产术后疼痛．提高护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore messure and effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain of cesarean section.Methods All 200 caesarean women were randomly divided into intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention for pain and control group received conventional nursing care,intensity and occurrencing time of pain were contrasted and score of VAS were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative ache of cesarean section was lighter in intervention group than that in control group,occurrencing time of pain was later in intervention group than that in control group,score of VAS were lower in intervention group than that in control group.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention could lessen postop-erative pain of cesarean section,improve quality of care. |
