| 摘 要： | 非糜烂性胃食管反流病(non-erosive reflux disease,NERD)是胃食管反流病(GERD)最为常见类型,占胃食管反流病(GERD)的50%～70%。中医治疗多辨证分型、专方加减以及中西医结合、针灸治疗等,从整体入手,疗效较好。中西药物联合针刺治疗具有简、便、廉、效等特点,疗效显著,无创伤性手术之痛苦,易被接受,已引起广泛关注,开辟一条新的治疗路径。

| Abstract: | Non-erosive reflux disease,NERD,is the most common type of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),accounting for 50%-70% of GERD.The Chinese medicine treatment study of syndrome differentiation,special ways and prescription,combined traditional Chinese and western medicine,acupuncture treatment obtain from the whole and the curative effect is good.The combined acupuncture treatment of Chinese and western medicine has characteristics of concise,convenient,low-priced,high efficient etc.It is effective in treatment,without pain of traumatic operation,is easy to be accepted and cause wide public concern.It discovers a new route for treatment. |
