海淀区2000年人群甲型肝炎血清流行病学调查

为探索当前甲肝流行规律 ,了解甲肝疫苗接种现况 ,在 2000年 10月对市区、城乡接合部、农村、流动人口的 404人进行甲肝血清流行病学调查。结果表明本区人群甲肝自然感染率为 62.95 % ,甲肝疫苗接种率11.50 % ,1- 19岁甲肝疫苗接种率 17.70 %。年龄感染高峰 2 0 - 24岁组 ,自然感染率为 80.50 % ,最低为 5 - 9岁组 ,自然感染率仅为 27.27%。地区感染无差异。流动人口自然感染率随年龄上升而升高 ,总的感染率为 50 % ,甲肝疫苗接种率 9.89%。调查证实全区人群中约 1/ 3为易感人群 ,而 5 - 9岁组人群属免疫低屏障人群 ,因此 ,本区仍有发生甲肝流行的可能 ,全区甲肝防治的重点人群为小学生。流动人口的甲肝防治工作有待进一步规范和加强.

A Sero-epidemiological Investigation of Hepatitis in Haidian,2000

In order to search sanitation the strategy of the control of hepatitis A and to learn the present situation of vaccination, a sero-epidemiological investigation was made in October 2000. This investigation sruveyed 404 persons who were from different areas and floated in Haidian. Its natural infection rate of Hepatitis A was 62 95%, the highest 80.5% was in 24-24 years old group and the lowest 27.27% was in 5-9 age group. The natural infection rate of different region had not distinct diversity. The inoculate rate of Hepatitis A was 11.50%,and in 1-19 years age group was 17.70%.Both the natural infection rate in floatod people was increased with the age,the mean rate was 50% and the inoculation rate was 9.89%.From this investigation,it was confirmed that about 1/3 person in Haidian are susceptible to Hepatitis A,and children in 5-9age have not enough munity to Hepatitis A. Iconclu-sion,the epidemic possibility of Hepatitis A is still exist and people should put more attention to it.The prevention and control of Hepatitis A of flating people should be more ruled and strengthenest.
