| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内置水囊法超声诊断直肠和乙状结肠小肿瘤的价值。方法122例患者经直肠和乙状结肠内置水囊,并注入水300~500ml,在其充盈后进行超声检查。结果内置水囊下直肠和乙状结肠的小肿瘤为低回声,超声诊断结果与手术和病理对照,超声定位诊断符合率占84%,定性诊断符合率占88%。结论内置水囊法超声显像对直肠和乙状结肠小肿瘤有较高检出率,术前内置水囊法超声显像有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the benefit of intraluminal water cyst ultrasongraphy in the diagnosis of rectal and sigmoid small tumor.Methods One handred and twenty-two patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound with an intraluminal water cyst filled with 300 ml water placed in the rectum and sigmoid colon.Results Small tumors in the two colons appeared as hypoechoic masses under the cyst.In all the 122 cases,the ultrasonographic location diagnostic accuracy of the tumors was 84 %,and the preoperative diagnostic accuracy was 88 %.Conclusions Preoperative intraluminal water cyst ultrasongraphy has high accuracy in determining the rectum and sigmoid colon small tumors. |
