当归、红芪超滤膜提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠平均动脉压和肌酸激酶同工酶的影响

摘    要:目的观察当归、红芪及其合剂超滤膜提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的影响。方法以冠状动脉前降支结扎法32只大鼠制造急性心肌缺血模型;造模成功后,将随机分为1 d、3 d、7 d1、4 d组,每组8只;采用拉丁方设计实验方法对动物进行用药;应用Power Lab多道生理记录仪测定大鼠MAP,用全自动生化仪测定血清CK-MB含量。结果MAP和血清CK-MB含量在不同时间组大鼠之间和不同药物组大鼠之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论当归、红芪及其合剂超滤膜提取物有促进急性心肌缺血大鼠MAP回升和降低血清CK-MB活性的作用,且与用药时间密切相关。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of ultra-filtration extract from Angelica sinensis(AS),Hedysarum polybotrys(HP) and their mixture on mean artery pressure(MAP) and CK-MB in rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods Myocardial ischemia models of 32 rats were made by anterior descending coronary ligation and were randomly divided into 1 d group,3 d group,7 d group, 14 d group.Each group including 8 animals was given drugs by design experimental method with latin square.MAP were detected by multi-path physiological recording instrument named as Power Lab.The content of CK-MB was measured by automated biochemical instrument.Results There were significant differences in MAP and CK-MB in different time groups and in different drug groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The ultra-filtration extract from AS,HP and their mixture has a function on increasing MAP and decreasing the activity of CK-MB,which is related to time length of treatment.
