二甲双胍对高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者相关参数的影响

目的　观察盐酸二甲双胍片对高血压伴胰岛素抵抗 (IR)患者相关参数的影响。方法　将 6 0例高血压伴IR的患者随机分为对照组及格华止组 ,前者给予硝苯地平控释片 ,后者给予硝苯地平控释片加格华止片。治疗前、后行口服糖耐量试验 (OGTT)、胰岛素释放试验及动态血压监测 ,观察治疗前、后两组间血糖、血胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数及血压的变化。结果　用药后对照组及格华止组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及 2h胰岛素均无显著下降。格华止组 2h血糖下降显著 ,与对照组对比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。格华止组用药后胰岛素敏感指数显著升高 ,与对照组对比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组用药后血压均明显下降 ,格华止组疗效显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　在高血压伴胰岛素抵抗的患者中应用格华止 ,可明显改善IR ,与硝苯地平控释片联合应用时 ,可提高降压药物的疗效

Effect of glucophage on insulin resistance in hypertension patients

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin HCl Glucophage on insulin resistance(IR) in patients with hypertension.Methods 60 hypertension patients with IR were divided into two groups randomly control group and glucophage group.After 8 weeks,the effect of drugs on plasma levels of glucose,insulin and blood pressure was analyzed.Results In two groups,fasting glucose,insulin and 2h insulin concentrations were not significantly different.In glucophage group,2h glucose was markedly reduced(P<0.05) compared with control group.Meanwhile insulin sensitive index was more significantly improved than that in control group(P<0.01).The effect of glucophage group on decreasing blood pressure was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucophage can improve insulin sensitivity in hypertension patients with IR,and also can increase the effect on blood pressure decreasing when combined with anti hypertensive drugs.
