尾叶香茶菜的高效液相指纹图谱研究

摘    要:
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法建立尾叶香茶菜的指纹图谱。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈-水(23:77);流速1.0ml/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为230nm。结果建立了尾叶香茶菜的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。8批尾叶香茶菜指纹图谱相似度≥0.9435。结论采用HPLC指纹图谱检测技术可有效控制尾叶香茶菜的质量。

Abstract:
Aim To study and establish the fingerprint of raw Rabdosia excisa ( Maxim. ) Hara by RP-HPLC.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows:a Diamonsil C18 column was used; the mobile phase was composed of acetontrile and water( V: V = 23: 77 ) ; the flow rate was 1.0mL/min; the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 230nm. Results The fingerprint of raw Rabdosia excisa ( Maxim. ) Hara was established. The similarity of 8 batches of raw Rabdosia excisa ( Maxim. ) Hara was not lower than 0.943 5. Conclusion The quality of raw Rabdosia excisa ( Maxim. ) Hara can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.
