儿肤康搽剂治疗婴儿湿疹临床研究

目的观察儿肤康搽剂治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效与安全性。方法56例患者随机分为治疗组(26例)与对照组(30例),治疗组用儿肤康搽剂局部外用,对照组炉甘石洗剂局部外用。结果一个疗程后两组总有效率分别为92.30%、93.33%,(P>0.05);痊愈率分别为61.54%、40.00%(P<0.05),经统计学处理两组痊愈率间有显著性差异。两者试验过程中均无明显不良反应。结论儿肤康搽剂治疗婴儿湿疹疗效好,安全性高。

Clinical Study of Erfukang liniment topical application in the Treatment of Infantile Eczema

Objective T0 study the efficacy and safety of erfukang liniment topical application in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods 56 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(26cases)and control group(30 cases).Treatment group was given erfukang liniment topical application,qid.Control group was given calamine lotion topical application,qid.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.30%,93.33%,respectively(P>0.05).The rates of recovery of two group were 61.54%,40.00%,respectively(P<0.05).There was obvious statistical difference among the rates of recovery.No obvious side-effects appeared during the entire trial.Conclusions Erfukang liniment topical application has high clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of infantile eczema.
