胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔误诊分析

目的探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的误诊原因。方法本研究采取回顾性分析法分析本院3年（2006～2008年）诊治的8例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔误诊病例。结果本组8例患者最后均确诊为胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔。结论对病史了解要全面，全面系统掌握疾病整个病理生理的发展过程，客观分析所出现的临床症状和体征，只有这样进行综合分析，考虑胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的可能，才能避免误诊。
