环形高频电波刀术诊治宫颈上皮内瘤变156例评价

目的评价环形高频电波刀术在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中的价值.方法回顾分析156例经阴道镜下活检诊为CIN后,行环形高频电波刀宫颈锥切手术观察患者手术情况、病理级别及预后情况.结果环形高频电波刀手术时间2～25min,中位数为7.2min.术中出血3～50mL,中位数9.2mL.术后病理CIN级别上升18例,占总例数11.5%,CIN级别相等的病例数111例,占总例数71%.术后CIN级别下降有22例,占总例术17.3%.术后随访治愈率达95.6%.结论环形高频电波刀术在宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊治是安全有效的.

Evaluation of LEEP in Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia for 156 Cases

Objective To evaluate the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 156 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosed by biopsy under the colposcopy and treated by LEEP. Surgical process, prognosis and changes of pathological grade were studied. Result The operation time lasted 2 - 25 min and the median was 7.2 min. The amount of blood loss was 3 -50 mL and the median was 9.2 mL. The pathological grade went up in 18 cases （11.5%） and had no changes in lllcases （71%） while grade went down in 22 cases （17.3）. The following up curative rate was 95.6%. Conclusion LEEP is safe and effective in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
