全髋置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎合并髋关节强直11例报告

报道全髋置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎11例14髋的临床疗效，5例驼背畸形术后均有明显改善，经平均5年随访，优良率达86％。X线摄片提示：臼杯濒临松动14％，股骨头假体可能松动29％，无肯定松动和很可能松动。本文资料证实骨水泥THR治疗年轻AS患者在姿态和功能改善以及远期疗效方面均很满意。作者还介绍了手术指征，手术方法和手术前后处理。

Total Hip Replacement for Ankylosing Spondylits-Report of 11 Cases

14 total hip replacements (THR) were performed in 11 patients who had ankylosing spondylitis (AS). After an average period of follow-up of 5 years, clinical results were rated as excellent or good in 86%, 5 cases had significant im-provment in posture even though, with stooped deformity. X-ray film revealed that impending loosening of the cup compo-nents was 14 %, the possible loosening of femoral components was 29%, no definite and probable loosening. This paper con-firmed that the cemented THR is very durable in young AS patients, its significant benefit was the improvement of posture and function. The surgical indication, operative technique and perioperatve management were also introduced in this paper.
